Weight is gross — the low boy is included. Weigh each low boy separately when a batch runs on more than one.
A bucket used whole draws its full recorded weight. For a part bucket, write down what this batch actually took — the app works out what is left. Write that new figure on the tape over the old one; the BUCKET ID and the lot numbers stay.
Labor is this batch only, not the shift.
